The sea view room had an elegant design. This room included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A rainfall shower provided a very relaxing experience. The hotel is near the beach, that provides immediate access. Virtu Beach includes comfortable loungers. Perfect service enhances the relaxation. Breakfast had fresh local options. There were also varied international options. Service was always attentive and accommodating.

Transportation arrangements were seamless, including a personal check-in. Breakfast on the terrace provided a good experience with local specialties such as palenta and kajmak. The concierge services were readily available to assist with bookings and recommendations. Gordan helped with great restaurant reservations. The general manager, Vlada, demonstrated dedication, ensuring a cute atmosphere.
The beach area, though nice, requires beach shoes for swimming. This is a SLIGHT inconvenience.

The location is AMAZING. A beach bar is accessible to guests for relaxation. The room size was nice. It had a BEAUTIFUL bay view. the service was very nice. Breakfast stands out. Surojit was accommodating.
the complex is nice but they PREFER to keep a medium level instead of giving value to the entire hotel. Services are present but not always fully available.

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the service was slow at times (especially at breakfast). i often had to wait longer than expected for assistance. the room cleaning could also be more thorough. I noticed some missed spots. i expected a higher level of attention to detail for the price i paid.

the location was excellent with green gardens that i appreciated.
I booked parking but i had to circle around as the car park was full. It was not what i had expected. i never got a space, even when i saw empty spots, which caused frustration. the entire experience deflated my expectations.
